Meet our New Board Member - Kristen Jonas

Kristen Jonas currently owns two businesses where she uses her expertise to develop and coaches others. She is the current owner of Kinesiology HR LLC.  Kristen also owns Capstone Divorce Coaching.

Kristen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.  Soon after, quite by accident, she started her career in Human Resources.   She spent the first part of her career in commercial construction where she managed HR across 12 states in both a union and non union organization and was promoted several times reaching Director level.   After 15 years within that environment, she moved to the manufacturing industry and took on a senior leadership role where she had HR oversight across 3 shifts and supported multiple manufacturing plants.   After 25 years in total, Kristen is now an independent contractor.   She is able to support clients with fractional, interim and project based HR.  Kristen also works with executives on organizational development and HR strategy. 

After her own personal experience, she found herself coaching others going through the divorce process.   Kristen saw a need to provide supportive informative coaching in this area in a formal approach.   She became a Certified Divorce Coach.   Capstone Divorce Coaching helps others strategize, pre plan and get informed on divorce.  The goal is an amicable divorce that minimizes conflict, court time and financial drain.  Success is truly found in the bi product of her work, well adjusted children.

Kristen volunteered in her local community with the Brown County Pals mentoring program.  She worked with two siblings during their time in foster and guardian care.  Kristen volunteered beyond the initial commitment to support through reunification with Mom and was able to be a part of a true success story.    

Kristen is looking forward to giving her time and talents to WI CASA Board to continue help support the needs of kids.
